Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and refunds

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of product received (verifiable from the shipping tracking number). This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to return the product(s).

In order to be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as that at time of purchase. We will not accept products that are used nor damaged, unless stated otherwise by Two Good Dogs Technologies Inc. Original packaging is required to be qualified for a return.

To begin the return process, please contact us at contact@boopme.ca with the order number in the subject. 

  • Once the return has been accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to proceed with the return;
  • Once the item is returned and inspected, if the return is approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@boopme.ca.

IMPORTANT: Once the return is approved, the tag will be deactivated from your account and the service will be terminated. This means your BOOPME account will also be terminated. However, at any point of time thereafter you decide to purchase another BOOPME tag, you will be able to create a new account with the same e-mail address.

Exchanges

We offer 30 days to exchange the product. The process is similar to the return policy, whereby the product must be in the same condition as that at the time of purchase (no used or damaged products will be accepted, unless stated otherwise by Two Good Dogs Technologies Inc. The original packaging is not required to be qualified for an exchange. Please note, however, that the product involved in the exchange will be final sale (that is, no possibility to exchange or pet). 

Issues and Warranties

With two dogs of our own, we’ve been able to put our product to the test: rain, snow, sun, mud… anything and almost everything two “good” dogs can get their paws on. A lot of time and effort has been put in to make our BOOPME tags one of the most durable and lasting tags on the market. However, as a start-up company, we will always be open to resolve any issues that may arise as our customer’s satisfaction is our number one priority (cheesy yes but it’s the truth!). 

Although all issues are on a case-by case basis, the following issues would be covered by our lifetime warranty:

  • Damaged product received at the time of sale;
  • Defective product received at the time of sale (including non-functioning NFC chip, visual defect of plastic cover, un-scannable tag);
  • Defective product without damage made to the product by the customer (including un-scannable tag, and lid coming off during use);
  • UV damage to a product defined as fading of colour (this warranty becomes void if product is placed in direct sunlight).
